Caps and gowns

Your caps/gowns and graduation tickets may now be picked up in the office at Centerburg anytime during the school day. The Knox County Career Center students received theirs this morning at the career center.

Reminder

If you only need a tassel for graduation, remember you must pay for those as well - they are $10.00 each. You can pay for them on Jostens website (jostens.com) or bring your payment to the high school office and give it to Mrs. Reynolds.

Awarding of diplomas

Have you turned in your form to let us know who you want to award your diploma? The form says they are not due until May 8, but feel free to turn them in as soon as you've made your decision so that we can check with the staff members to be sure they are planning to attend graduation!

Spelling of your name

Have you checked the spelling of your name for your diploma? If not, please check with Mrs. Reynolds in the office as soon as possible. They must be ordered by March 15. Be sure you have checked!

Roses for graduation

Traditionally at graduation, seniors present their mothers with a rose. If you have a mother and a step mother and would like to give them both a rose during the ceremony, please let Mrs. Reynolds know as soon as possible so that we order enough roses. You can call her (625-6055) or send her an e-mail with your information (sue.reynolds@centerburgschools.org). 

Yearbook and senior picture info

CHS Seniors and Parents,

Listed below are some important deadlines concerning Senior Pictures:

1. Deadline for submitting a picture to the Yearbook: March 1st, 2015
2. Deadline for scheduling a composite photo session at Cilento Photography: February 23rd, 2015

Name on your diploma

Please stop in Mrs. Reynolds' office to check the spelling of your name for your diploma. 

Also, please return the form stating who you wish to award your diploma during graduation as soon as possible (return them to Mrs. Reynolds).
